They are between a "rock" and a hard place (pun intended) They couldn't say anything about BC Gov. Because the BC Gov has told them to make no comments while negotiating. I guess because we are threatening to sue remember!! Second, the property has a number of confidentiality agreements against it with some majors...who tend to set the rules when it comes too....what you can release while they are looking over data.....so...................we wait!! the Chief
