I think you were right on about HP about a year ago. If there ever were a chance it was then. What has happened is that Novl has been taken over by upper level management who wants Novl to remain independent. I think Novl was closer to becoming acquired than we though, but the owners probably viewed Novl as a higher asset than any potential buyer could be found for it. This view certainly seems clearer today v. a year ago. Now independence is a very difficult task to engineer without a market viable product. That realization has also occurrWhat seems planned next is an acquisition to save Novl. The fact that light is dawning on the heads of our current management is a case of too little, too late. The lack of trust in the BOD to purchase anything without some sort of idea what they want this company to do, is the kiss of death. OUST THESE INCOMPETENTS!!! Opine, please.
