For anyone interested, here is my post from Raging Bull with very good news for SYBD shareholders:

**************************************************

New source of funding IS definitely in the works!

Received confirmation today from Robert Nicora via e-mail. He explains:

As you know, we cannot give out significant information in advance of a general announcement, but we are in active talks regarding new funding and are very optimistic about our prospects. We will make an announcement as soon as it is secure.

I had also asked about the "insider trades" listed for SYBD and whether they were shares issued to employees in lieu of salary. He explained:

In response to your recent inquiry, very little stock has been given to employees in lieu of salary, and any selling that may be occurring would account for a very small fraction of SYBD shares sold in recent months. For your information, none of the individuals we've seen listed on the net under insider trading are current or former employees, or true insiders.

That is good news for me. It is nice to have some reassurance that everything is as good as it seems. (I don't receive the Fledgling newsletter, so have no way to gauge the validity of the publisher's claims.)

Have a good weekend,
Micro

P.S. He also talked somewhat about future funding options for the company. A reverse split was NOT mentioned (for posters who were concerned about this possibility).
