Surprise! Remember Paul Andre, the nice man who had these 7 shells bought by the Indonesian group? I just found another Andre controlled shell which is trading as NWDP New World Discoveries Publishing. Naturally enough, they are an Internet "company." Their PR firm is out of Australia, not the UK, I guess thinkg are too hot for Vengua. Best regards!
