I agree. Intel is sitting on a bunch of bad news. Frankly, I expected a warning during the early week, but I should have known that end-of-quarter pressure would keep a lid on things.

It's not for me to suggest what will or will not bring down this market, but I'd give odds that the trigger comes from one of the big tech stocks, like INTC. With the over-ownership and an inevitable series of "bad news" days just ahead, puts sure make sense to me.
INTC, IBM, perhaps even MSFT could provide the flash point.
