ed:the way i figure these guys aren't any better than you and I in predicting anything that includes Greenspan I am afraid,they are pretty good in reacting to what happened in the past though,all the other mumbo-jumbo is mere speculations and educated guesses at best.<vbg> The massive deployment of technology which began in the 80s is finally beginning to pay off and in a big way,well for one thing it took a while for companies (employees) to figure out how these things work and how to take advantage of it.I remember when I used to run a branch office of a Dutch multinational in the 80s the employees hated using the computer for anything, probably they were apprehensive and weren't sure of themselves in using these newly introduced machines in the department and now I hear they won't do anything without them,go figure.
