A 50:1 Reverse split? Is this correct? And why are they becoming "American Healthcare Providers"??? What does that have to do with frozen yogurt? I'm very confused. Please explain! At 50:1, we should expect to see an opening price of anywhere between $5.50-$8.50/share. Are they doing this to continue to be listed on the Nasdaq? There will be a very tight float thereafter if this occurs as planned. Should be interesting. -Amir
