From Brocade's S-1, I can sense that Brocade has been had similar problems that Ancor had, a lots of returned stuff to charge From Page 20 of BRCD's S-1... We do not provide our customers with product return programs. We provide a reserve for warranty returns based on our warranty history. Looks like Brocade's policy has not been as generous as ANCR's regarding the return of product. If I were a buyer of BRCD products, I would not feel very comfortable with their lack of a return program.
