I heard on CNBC today that there have been massive redemptions in Small Cap Mutual Funds (due to their somewhat less than stellar performance last year -- and so far this year). Managers have had to sell stock to cover redemptions. Could this be one of the factors in repressing CLTR's price? Yes. With respect to the purchases by Lucas... they're listed as open market by Yahoo. So..... I can't say that they're "significant", but I can say that if he's sane and informed, "go" signals don't get much more pronounced than that.
