JC, The next scheduled Board of Directors meeting will be in April. I'm not aware of the exact date. Currently there are 500 million shares authorized of which about 194 million have been issued. 2 for 1 split is a high possibility IMHO (sorry Barb, 3 for 1 not doable, unfortunately but maybe next time :) ... ) given that TLAB is at all time highs and looks like its gonna break out by the time the board meets.
