The transfer agent in Utah told me about three weeks ago that 4.7million shares were added last july to the original float of 4.3million.Have a look at the original post by gambler last june. I thought this dilution might explain why this stock traded down from $1.44 to under a dollar around that time and in light of acflyer's post could have been the pump and dump ammunition...I sold my remaining shares when I found this out and will buy again when I am convinced that they want to be fully reporting and accountable to shareholders.
