Any firm which allows you to trade versus ISLD will enable you to execute against existing orders on the ISLD book, as you have done with MMTrading. What you cannot do, however, is to post a bid (offer) order on the ISLD book and subsequently be displayed on Nasdaq Level II which is above (below) the inside ask (bid) price for that stock.
