Oops, went back and did a little more checking. Turns out I was off on my numbers a bit.

Company basically prints shares. In their last offering dated 12/98, assuming all shares were issued, the total outstanding now should be almost 43mln shares, assuming no further exercise of warrants etc.. The authorized common is unlimited, as is the authorized preferred shares. As of December, there was 5.7mln "special share warrants" out, which convert 1:1. Insiders and preferred holders have themselves lined up to make some serious bucks at the expensive of the little guy. As I said before, I'm playing with the house's money now, so I can afford to roll the dice.

This co reminds me of Navarre, where they just print more and more paper. I'm still in long now, but will probably flip to the short side once we near April 15.
