David, my fellow EMC bull, thank you.

My feeling is that we are struggling against each other to say the same thing. At least I find myself wanting to respond to many of your posts with, "Yeah, that's what I mean".

But to get back to my bearish view of MTI Corp., I simply do not see anyone running out to buy their stuff when you have EMC standing there with the whole storage solution right in their hand. I'm talking the "real deal", not Mike Tyson.

How about the following analogy? The Gladiator is an Audi A6, while the EMC product is a Saturn. Your very existence is dependent on the continued smooth, uninterupted operation of your car. They are equally as reliable, but the Saturn doesn't have the sex appeal of the Audi. However, they each break down about the same number of times during their lifespan. But there are 4,000 Saturn dealerships where all parts are readily available at each dealership, while there are only 600 Audi dealerships. Now, you can get your Audi fixed, no matter what, it just might take a little more doing.

Who you gonna go with, even if I offer you the Audi for a little less? Remember, your very existence depends on your answer.
