Re: the VBOADY postings 'expose': For the Record:
VBROADY made four postings here, in direct and INTENTIONAL VIOLATION of SI TERMS OF USE, each time with the specific INTENT TO PROVOKE, INCITE, AND CAUSE TROUBLE ON THIS THREAD, for whatever sick motivations this individual has.
As an insight into VBROADY's psychological make-up, and I quote from his profile: "...treat people the way you wish to be treated.. unless you happen to be in a bad mood, THEN SHIT ALL OVER THEM".
VBrody had NEVER BEFORE posted re: Y2K, (apparently having no real interest in, or most probably, any real knowledge of y2k, and DIDN'T discuss Y2K in ANY of his posts), as his ONLY PURPOSE ON THIS THREAD was OBVIOUSLY to INCITE, PROVOKE, AND INSTIGATE TROUBLE HERE!
I happened to be the target he picked for his attack, as I had then been a very vocal and so-called Y2K 'extremist'.
I then returned the slam, thinking it would end there.
VBROADY, as is so OBVIOUS from his posts, decided to CONTINUE INSTIGATING and PROVOKING me to respond with slams.
I did the correct thing- I immediately then terminated the sparring battle VBROADY INITIALLY INSTIGATED, and OBVIOUSLY INTENTED TO PERPETUATE ON THIS THREAD, ad infinitum, and instead responded to him by PM.
By PM, I gave him a very deserved and warranted and sound 'thrashing': I told him that I wanted that to be the end of it, and that I wanted NO MORE COMMUNICATION with, from or by him relating to me.
BROADY refused to accept that. STILL DETERMINED to PROVOKE me, instead of finally terminating his sick game, VBROADY then PMed me back with still ANOTHER INSULTIVE, PROVOKING PM.
I then again told VBROADY to terminate his sick PM messages to me. He again refused, and sent me still anther insultive PM.
After his last such inciting, insultive, provoking PM, and realizing VBROADY'S INTENT WAS TO CONTINUE his SICKO GAME, I then REFUSED to respond, either by PM or on this thread.
Realizing that I would not 'take the bait' anymore by PM, VBROADY then made another post here, INTENTIONALLY DISTORTING, FALSIFYING AND PERVERTING ALL I said by PM, (obviously still 'smarting' from the PM 'thrashing' I gave him) and for the PURPOSE OF AGAIN TRYING TO PROVOKE ME TO RESPOND ON THIS THREAD (AFTER I REFUSED TO BY PM)!!!
Aware THAT VBROADY WOULD HAVE CONTINUED HIS PERVERTED PROVOKING, INCITING, INSULTIVE GAME ON THIS THREAD INDEFINATELY, I AGAIN DID the correct thing by again NOT TAKING THE BAIT.
VBROADY had NEVER BEFORE posted here, (AND OBVIOUSLY HAD NO INTENT TO POST HERE about Y2K) and was only here TO CAUSE TROUBLE, doing so to furthur some sick motive! (note that he even admitted in one of his posts about his intent to provoke me).
I again refused to take the bait and did not respond to his INTENTIONALLY and TOTALLY PERVERTED, and LIBELOUS statements about me.
The 'proof of the pudding' is that VBROADY, seeing HIS SAID TROUBLE-MAKING was thus ENDED WHEN I REFUSED TO KEEP PLAYING HIS SICKO GAME, has NOT again posted here.
What VBROADY did NOT know about me is that I am VERY litiginous whenever anyone tries to stomp on my legal rights, including such willful attEmpts to libel or instigate libelous attacks on me, as was obviously VBROADY's MALICIOUS INTENT in ALL of his POSTINGS HERE, and particulary, in his last post, (after he failed to provoke my response via PM).
I have sent his postings to my attorney, who will next week review appropriate legal codes and case law, to determine my chances in a lawsuit against VBroady for Libel Per Se. VBROADY should have discovered my track record for lawsuits against others, whether locally or anywhere else in the US, espically when actions were intentional and malicious, as is QUITE OBVIOUS in VBROADYY's case.
I wish to thank those of you who, after seeing my not posting anymore, sent me PMs thanking me for my posted information and for supporting me in general.
I found it very revealing and educational that some of you that sent me PMs mentioned that you no longer/infrequently posted anymore, due to dislike of insults and flamming and name-calling prior experienced.
I particularly found it quite shocking that I would get a couple of insults and slams from my post in which I advised to, and gave information re: emergency preparation for pets during disasters; only VERY SICK people and/or those hating animals would create negativity out of that, as VBROADY and someone else did. But, those of you that thanked me for my prep info for your pets made up for the insults from the said psychologically disturbed ones.
Those of us, still in the minority, who have the Y2K 'extremist'
label are quite used to being insulted and slammed by denialists and pollyannas (its unfortunate that we have to be labeled):
we are used to that kind of behavior from those who want to believe all will be ok, and don't want to be told otherwise.
So much for open and courteous debate in America when disagreements occur. A 'shoot the messenger' mentality says much about those who can't otherwise debate or act civilly.
