SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt has responded to Congressman Dan Burton's inquiry regarding DROM. I received a letter from Colleen Mahoney, Deputy Director, specifically addressing DROM. It basically summarizes order, then states some bs about my concerns will be given careful consideration. It then goes on to talk about the need for private investigations given that they may need to protect those that have unfounded charges leveled against them. I may make a FOIA request of the SEC, although it will likely be denied, but would give me the basis for pursuing in Federal court. Also may follow up with Dan Burton. He loves to fight this kind of bs. Anybody else heard anything??????????????????????? GG
