There are two suppliers of PGE1 to the world market (if I remember well) they are in Eastern Europe (Czech, Hungary?) and Vivus get their product there. Does P&U get their PGE1 there? does Schwarz Pharma? Could Vivus buy out those suppliers or one of them? or merge? antitrust issues? PGE1 is also use in some congenital heart disease in babies (a very small market). There is a prostaglandin (PGE2) use for induction of labor (same PGE producers?). If they get hold to this chemical company they could (probably) bring the costs of Muse and Alibra down a lot. (if that company is small). Probably not, they or P&U would already done it. Just musing around.
