Here's why EUTC took off. WARNING!...
Be careful, folks! "thisweekspick" has a TON of customers that just wait for their next stock pick to be posted or e-mailed to them. As soon as they have it, they jump all over it! Makes no difference if there is good news, bad news, or no news at all. This site is notorious for quick run-ups in their picks, and then the BIG dive bomb! And no one seems to know who runs this site. Almost virtually no info available. Personally, myself and a lot of other people believe they are a "Pump and Dump" company. They and their friends probably load up on the stock before they release it. When it runs up big time for a few days, they sell. That's when the stock price drops. This could be the same thing. I don't own any shares in this company, but I'm on their e-mail list. I haven't bought into any of their picks either, because I just joined them. I'm just telling everyone to watch it! Remember: ALFN, WCTI, MAKO, etc. etc.? You had better watch the volume on this stock. When it starts to taper off, the "Dump" is on, and you're going to be on the losing end. Just a friendly reminder. :>)

Work has been underway for the preparation of a Form 10-SB for EUTC, which will bring EUTC into compliance with the recently amended NASD OTC Eligibility Rules 6530 and 6540. These rules require an issuer to file periodic reports with the SEC for permission to be quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. It is anticipated that the Form 10-SB will be filed with the SEC within the next sixty days.
