I don't think so, techstocks.com you seem to be WSW. What are the current SEC/NASD/OTCB disclosure rules? I thought that they were basically: 1) disclose that you are a compensated promoter. 2) disclose the extent of the compensation. in *all* public postings on the internet via chat rooms, web pages or e-mail. I also see that the SEC is getting very active in policing online chat rooms. Do you think that this is a good idea?
