STAMFORD, CT, March 26 /CNW/ - World Wrestling Federation and M&M's
Crispy present the WWF signature sports-entertainment spectacular of the year,
WrestleMania XV, live on Pay-Per-View Sunday, March 28, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
For 15 years, the WrestleMania legacy has set the standard for
action-packed wrestling excitement. Form high-powered main events to
high-profile celebrity guests, WrestleMania is the must-see event of the year.
The main event will feature WWF Champion The Rock versus Stone Cold Steve
Austin with either Paul Wight or Mankind serving as special referee. Mankind
will face Paul Wight to determine the referee for the main event. European
Champion Shane McMahon (son of Vince McMahon) with Chyna will battle X-Pac;
Tag Team Champions Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett with Debra put their tag team
belts on the line versus the winner of the Battle Royal on Sunday Night Heat
(USA Network at 7:00 p.m.). The Undertaker challenges McMahon's Corporate
Bodyguard, Big Boss Man in a ''Hell in the Cell'' Match. ''Fatal Four Way''
match for the Intercontinental Title features Champion, Road Dogg Jesse James
versus Val Venis versus Ken Shamrock versus Goldust. Hardcore Champion Billy
Gunn defends against Hardcore Holly and Al Snow with Head in a ''Triple
Threat'' Match. Bart Gunn battles professional boxer, Butterbean in a ''Brawl
for All'' Match with former boxing champion Vinnie Pazienza as special
referee. Sable faces Tori in defense of her Women's Title and Triple H takes
on Kane.
As has become tradition, sports and entertainment celebrities will join
in the pageantry of WrestleMania. Joining the Superstars of the World
Wrestling Federation are Boyz II Men, the number one selling R&B group ever
and winners of four Grammy Awards, performing ''America the Beautiful'' to
begin the festivities of WrestleMania XV. Also, Academy Award winning composer
Isaac Hayes will perform one of his legendary songs during WrestleMania XV.
WrestleMania XV will be telecast live on Pay-Per-View, Sunday, March 28,
at 8 p.m. Eastern/5 p.m. Pacific from the sold-out First Union Center in
Philadelphia, PA. It will be available from local cable programmers and
satellite providers throughout the United States and most of Canada. A
rebroadcast of WrestleMania XV is scheduled that same evening at 11 p.m.
Eastern/8 p.m. Pacific. An ''Encore Presentation'' will take place Tuesday,
March 30, at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern.

The World Wrestling Federation will provide a video highlight feed of
WrestleMania including footage of matches, Boyz II Men and Isaac Hayes'
participation via satellite. The satellite coordinates are: Galaxy 6 (C-Band),
Transponder 21, Audio 6.2 and 6.8 from 11 to 11:15 p.m. Eastern on Sunday,
March 28.
