Not only does SortWizard do this, but you can further limit your search to all NASDAQ stocks gapping up by 10% and also trading within a price range that you specify - $20 to $40 for example. You can get a 1 month free evaluation and it runs off of your Real Tick data feed so there's no risk. Try it out.
