Keith - Will be awaiting the next word from you. TO ALL: I did visit with Myrna earlier today about the re-issuance of my restricted shares. Had a rather nice, but short visit. She seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable (sp). I did ask about the Archival CD distribution. If I understand correctly, the TA is printing the certificates and may be in a position to begin the distribution of the same as early as sometime next week. Please don't mark your calendars in permanent ink, as I'm just passing on my understanding of what I was told; but I'm going to mark my calendar in pencil. It's nice to have a possible date, even if later it has to be altered a little. (Sometimes we all would have been very happy just to have a possible date). Looks as though things are really flowing together rather well, considering Keith's lack of help and sleep. Rich.
