Look how long it's taken IBM to change its image. Only just recently are you seeing analysts dismiss lousy PC sales there on the basis that IBM "is no longer just a PC company" and about 60% of IBM's revs come from services and software. Now that IBM has paved the way, so to speak, it will be easier for CPQ to change that perception, but it ain't going to happen "overnight."
