Is the tide turning? If people read the Lycos/USA agreement, they would know that if there was another offer tendered for Lycos, Archfiend Diller would have an immediate right to be sold a large proportion of Lycos stock, in fact just under the amount CMGI holds, I believe. Does DW want Diller as a large co-holder? Doubt it. Once the vote goes through, and is hopefully voted down, Diller doesn't have a leg to stand on. CMGI can move as they please. Right now, Diller has a slight advantage, but it is a waiting game. I think CMGI will let the shareholders slay the dragon. Then comes the reward for their help. Just MHO...
