| While Chancery Lane L.P. has the same address as BGF, I have not been able to find any proof that BGF has any ownership interest in CAIS Internet. It is quite possible that Chancery Lane is attached to another entity associated with Ammon or it may be owned by him directly.  The following excerpts are from pages 50 and 55 of the CAIS S-1:
