no, i am talking with you fact & not fiction. madera can timber the land, but they must, as you admit , pay the brazilian govt. for the wood. but any money rec'd from the sale of that wood can not leave brazil. madera can use the money how they see fit in brazil, but it is illegal to take brazilian currency out of brazil. madera tells us they are selling land in the brazilian rainforest, they can not. are you familiar with the 'green protocol', 'IBAMA', 'SUFRAMA'? (which was spelled incorrectly in the madera press release btw), madera can not sell any land in the brazilian rainforest & if they could, the money could never leave brazil. for example, read a 10ksb of FORD or GM, for example, you will see revenues from brazil and what i speak of. brazilian currency can not be legally changed in the US, so any revenues from selling this land , if they legally could, would have to remain in brazil and, the rights to any resources from this land remain that of the brazilian govt.. lastly, madera does not have an export license to export herbal products from the brazilian rainforest. the only one who does is aznt. you can verify this by contacting suframa, they are the superintendant of the amazon. as far as thinking i am "protecting" another investment, i can tell you that all i say to you can be easily verified by a minimal amount of research & phone calling. i suggest you call start with SUFRAMA, they were cited in a madera pr, though spelled incorrectly.
