Commonwealth wrestled with one of the private placements the company did in 1996 or 1997. That means they're in the stock at high prices, maybe north of $2.00. If Denwins is correct and their exit is at $.50, the market will have to eat through a lot of shares. This rumor may also dash a rumor I had heard that Commonwealth was going to do a new financing.
