<<Volume without Dilution is great. As per the voted BOD no dilution for the rest of the year.>>

I certainly hope this is true! I've been holding long for quite some time, and do not mind holding longer as I see a great upside potential here.

I am getting concerned though as it seems every stock I've seen with this type trading pattern, volume with no increase, falling on news, etc. turns out to be a stock where shares are being dumped into the market. The companies themselves rationalize it saying it provides needed operating funds, but as a stockholder I've found it to be frustrating as hell. Just when there is not supposed to be dilution, you see the volume that should be followed with price, the good news that should be followed with increase, THEN you find later they were selling into the news. I have believed them to this point, but I am beginning to be a sceptic now.
