But Steve, I totally blew it on the 30 yr. bond rate. That actually says something. It's more than likely that there is still plenty of momentum in this market. Times like these create pent-up demand. What the low might be during the incubation period is the question. Now that we've reached 3/26, the question has now been begged...where do we go from here? I suppose I'll have to run the Dow through the blender this weekend. So...Hmmmm. I missed by a hair under four tenths of one percent. I'll have to work on that. Oh...wait a minute...I did in a later post revise the target a "liiiiittle" bit upward. Phew...I feel better now. If nobody at your job got within .4%....CONGRATS!!! Doug R
