topstock...Re: KGM and HTRN stock swap... Whoever is telling you this is FOS... I know one of the pricipals of KGM and asked him about this rumour and then had it verified with a broker that's close to both parties... Other than the principal being a minor shareholder in HTRN, KGM HAS NO OTHER INTEREST IN HTRN AND DOESN'T WANT ANY... KGM has gone through a share consolidation, is going through a name change and is close to completing a finacing in order to get back on the ASE... That's it...That's all... ...ed
