Maybe the opening will send the stock price back up to prior levels. I think CHGO is suffering from the recent ASSI deal. Also, I doubt that Alex Muruelo is buying while this thing is in court. From my last discussion with him, the initial round in court was just a start, and the lawsuit continues. I also wouldn't be surprised to see a proxy fight staged by Alex Muruelo. He is really pi---d.
