Jake. Who is doing all of this buying?? There is no action on this on this thread, YAHOO or Raging Bull. Clearly this is not hype buying. I believe its a combination of factors that the market is taking note of:

1) ISP roll-up plan (look at Flashnet(FLAS) and pending IPO of ONEMAIN.
2) Wireless technology that works. Burstable T1 in 18 hours and T1 service for $600/mth in 2 hours more. Hmmm..
3) E-tail. This could be an e-commerce bear if put together right.
4) Ability to sell internet telephony through Woodcomm.

Once we get a competent analyst to take a look at these segments, we should see some price appreciation. If packaged correctly, each segment listed above could be worth $5 a piece. I am most excited about #1 honestly. If they can get Cyberhighway to continue its growth pattern and buy some more small ISP's on the way, we could get to 100,000 users in the next year. That alone could put us at $20 based on users being sold for around $2000 each in the open market when MSPG, RMII or ENLK buys an ISP (based on annual revenues per subscribers of $200 with a multiple of 10 on rev). This does not take into account the percentage of T1 users versus monthly. USRF could be worth about $3000 per subscriber on average given its business skew.

Just some thoughts. Maybe someone else did the math this week and started buying.
