I would have to say, irrespective of the issue of the validity of IMOT, that due diligence is necessary on you. You have already posted a confusing story of yourself.

On March 26 you posted:

<<First off, I have absolutely NO position in IMOT. I had purchased a few shares back in early March but cashed in Monday, 8 March 99. This is merely a free public service announcement, food for thought. >>

But on March 18 you posted:

<<I have a mere 400 shares of IMOT, purchased @ around $3, certainly not an amount deserving of “Pumping”. I have a class assignment to write a paper on the possible effects on OTC-BB stock prices by internet message board input.>>

Also, if you were doing a class assignment on just OTC-BB stock prices why would you have been attacking negative posters, like Retired 41, which constituted, in effect, interference with the process on which you were presumably doing an objective study.
