Juduth, what did you mean when you said At the minimum of $.01 a share in your first post and sold 40,000,000 shares into the open market at $.01 in your 2nd message?

I am a shareholder, buy I am not really familiar with the actual goings-on with EUTO. My 1st reply was in reference to the phrase At the minimum of $.01 a share which sounded like "stated value" or "par value" to me.
