Yes, very confusing indeed. It would seem that 1stnetmall is the "original" company, and that it's run by Greg Writer, who, at a guess, is also Kraeusen Entreprises [sic] at least in part. 1stnetmall administers most, but not all, of the 1st Net Technologies websites.

Very complicated corporate structure...
