While my questions are many I would be appreciative of having my first one answered with respect to your claims of "filings" with the Supreme Court of British Columbia. I await your reply so that I may verify same and subsequently the credibility of your post. ************************************************** A prompt reply to this question would be an excellent start. If you are unable/unwilling to answer my question by Monday Morning I will do the necessary "FACT FINDING" myself. I will call every BC Supreme Court Jurisdiction and inquire with the Registry to see if any actions have been filed showing Thermo Tech Technologies as the plaintiff. Each call will be logged and the results documented. I also note that your "claim" is one of plural so I anticipate that I will be obtaining information on more than one "filing". Furthermore, as per your request, I will be calling from time to time seeking the "true facts" about some concerns I have, some of which I have listed in my prior post and some that I have not. These will be random calls and I may voice the same concerns on more than one occasion to assure that I evoke the same reply of "true facts". Where possible I will confirm them from outside sources. Be aware that any conversations I have with anybody at Thermo Tech Technologies will be recorded. May I also remind you that taped coversations are admissible in a Canadian Court of Law as long as one of the parties in the conversation authorizes the recording. Of course that would be me! This should not be of any concern to you or anyone else for that matter at Thermo Tech Technologies since we have been assured by yourself that we could call for the "true facts". Of course if we don't get the "true facts" that you have assured us then there would be a cause for concern, a demand for accountability and possible legal recourse. I anxiously await your reply and thank you for your time and your assurance that we can finally get the "true facts". Have a nice day!!!
