Christopher,"we could not find some justification in bombing? ..."
Hi Christopher,
I have read some of your other posts and agree with you that, unfortunately for world peace, morality is relative- the most organized effort to create international law and morals has not even agreed on this latest excursion.
However, I have not seen you mention anything about the anxiety of civil war on Europe's border. Don't you think that is a big part of this? I have heard a lot of opinion on Yugoslovia relative to Russia, but almost none relative to Europe. One of the only reasons, in my opinion, the US would risk Russian military response is if there is a threat to NATO members. This civil war is a threat, probably more to Europe than Russia just because of the geography.
I think if this Civil War was in Romania, our response would be a lot different just because of the proximity to Europe.
What do you think?
