It is your money and your decision. The company is good, the business
is good, but the country is ... not well.
Cellular business is on the rise. A lot of it is conspiquious consumption, but hey, if it brings money it is good. I don't think rich guys will cut on their phone bills because a cell phone is like a Rolex watch. Second, the businesses need phones and here Russia is cool. If one partner gets a phone another one has to have it, even if there is no need. But once you got the phone, minutes will start ticking, ticking...
Now, the country is a problem. Corruption, mafia and high taxes are not attractive to stock investors. Plus, the president's health might become an issue.
Anyway, the risk is great, but the rewards might be great. I am holding on some shares. Impulse buy for which I might pay or from which I might benefit. Made $$ first day, lost even bigger $$ today. It is a gamble from my perspective, but why the heck not.

P.S. To Umnik
If you are Russian, be easier on your Motherland.
