Josef, looking at the conversion terms and knowing nothing about the company, I would say that your little MVIS has some investors that think very highly of its future. Of course, since the share price is now above the conversion, the investor can get his money off the table and keep getting his 4% all by simply shorting at current prices "against the block". As a matter of fact, this could create a short term trading range of $12 to $17 or so until they get out of the R&D mode or at least there is good visibility that they do.
