OK JD, looks like the start of a good thread, but some questions: 1. Can you provide some links to the software you mentioned? That would be helpful 2. I'd like to add First Alert chartist.com to your list for stock screening. Also remember Insight, one of the first ones. members.home.net:80/insight1/ 3. If you're switching trading systems, aren't you also switching brokers? I use RediPlus now and have heard that a new vers. will be out in a few weeks. But haven't heard that there will be that much new functionality that has a great deal of significance. Do you know something I don't? 4. Being unfamiliar with AIQ, are their alerts similar to RIM, Insight, FirstAlert, etc? 5. Is Radar Station Omega's new thing? I have used FirstAlert and found it extremely powerful. But for it to be effective via internet, you need a BIG pipe ISDN at a minimum (and that's with a limited portfolio). Cable modems or ASDL preferred. This sounds like it could be a good thread!
