The night life. I know that you have all been waiting for this section with bated breath. Lets first start at the resort. It is at the east end of the island. Almost all of the entertainment spots are in the middle of the island at a place called Sandy Ground. The resort itself has no entertainment or bars. It is a place to stay at to relax and have a quiet vacation. The one point to make is that if you are a wine drinker any of the super markets have great wine that is very inexpensive. This makes foe a nice evening on your deck with a breeze. Each room has a new TV with VCR. The resort has an excellent collection of videos. For those that are looking for a more active nightlife its down to Sandy Ground. The two places to go are thePumphouse and Jannos.these places are very quiet until about 11 oclock. At this time things begin to pick up. There is a live band at Jannos .the music is loud and the dancing great if you have rhythm. I don't. The Pumphouse is about 25O yards down the road . People wander between the two places. The pumphouse plays music from a jute box.The music at Pumphouse is from the sixties while the music at Jannos isCaribbean. The rum punches at both places are pretty tough.The mix is liqueres Two are good three makeyou stupid.The beer is good with several local brands. At both places for those of you who are waiting the female population is very attractive. It should be noted that if you are someone who wants to party all the time this island is probably not the place you want to be. For those who want to shop there is a ferry to St Martin across the bay every half hour .St Martin also has casinos for those that want to gamble Well that gives a summary of the night life. The final installment that I will make will be general comments related to things that I may have missed.
