Madhur, I'm still trying to figure out what your software does exactly. I guess I'm stupid? I'm not seeing where you are sorting and matching transactions on the sample form you provided. I need your "Explaination for Dummies" version on how/when/what this program functions. My current problem is matching my sales w/ purchases in my Quicken registry. Will your program help me do this if so,how? I'm also interested in exporting my Quicken registry to an Excel spreadsheet if any experts out there? Jeff
