But the question I am still interested in is the number of shares that will exist when SEPR is profitable.

Thus, when the company shows the number of "fully diluted shares" to be 31.2 million, are they including shares from convertible bonds? If so is it a function of the conversion rate?

I am most interested in looking ahead. I view the losses currently running as an investment in the future.
