<Its almost as if these rec's are being used for an excuse to get out of the stock.> Yes, if small investors only knew what goes on behind the scenes on Wall Street . . . "We are the old reliables . . . Trust us to manage your ASSets . . . we count success one investor (sucker) at a time" - while a scene of a child being pushed on a swing in a playground and the Beatles ballad 'come together' plays in the background . . .

A recent article discussed the effect of large bond offerings have had on stocks. The conclusion was that most company CFOs and management are not fools - they sell the massive debt instruments near the peak of excitement about their companies and the stock valuations. Since the debt holders are senior to the poor investors and the execution of the stock is commonly followed by it being sold, the stock value seldom achieves a higher valuation. This strategy might be summed up simply as "Take the money and run." Ah, but that is some future reconning . . . now e have continuing rapid Internet growth and hype from analysts who forget to factor in much about the risk factors.

The volume was higher than it has recently been and yet the stock sagged. I think you are right - reit and sell!
