You are keeping me giggling with those cartoons! Nope, didn't sleep well but had a discussion about the market with the night nurse at about 4am. She wanted me to do her investments for her. I'm drugged, I have no business doing anyones investments. Well, let's see. Today I got up and brushed my teeth. This was the first time I could do this without the dandy spit cup and towel the nurses provide in the bed. This gave me a sense of freedom which was enjoyed tremendously. I looked in the mirror and practically screamed. Long hair trapped in a hospital bed for 5 days - I look like Lady Godiva on crack... Got that taken care of. Physical Therapy came by and I walked a little further today than yesterday. They still trail behind me with a wheelchair but I can put a little more pressure on my right leg. The doc came by and said I'm such a light weight it's hard to medicate me properly. This epidural pump just squirts that medicine right in there and makes me dizzy. It is on a very low dose but if I don't have it, I can't get up. Ummmm. I've told everyone to stay home today 'cause it is beautiful day outside and all of my friends and family need a break. I'll be here for another coupe of days. Can't leave until the right leg stops buckling and I can stand on it. Monday maybe. TV sucks. I haven't met any cute single doctors that I can drag away with me after I'm done here. This was one of my objectives and it looks like it is one that won't be met... Oh, well.... That is about it. What's going on with you? Oh, they have a damn good chocolate custard cake here!
