Spoke with IR - They do not know why for what reason this volume selling has happened. They're going to get back to me to tell me which house - seller and hopefully why. As for their own news they didn't have any bad news to come. The new IR certainly has her hands full but from talking to her she'd aggressive - she's travelling to cities to meet with brokers and groups to promote.
