So Susan, this forum is exclusively for CAML LOVERS???
We can't have anyone disrupt with the mutual admiration society that continues to watch the stock drop while saying, "well maybe someday SOMETHING good will happen" now can we?

I bother because:
1. I want to.
2. I am bored.
3. I am just a mean man ( nah, just ask any of my friends).
4. I care about people ( yes that means you too Susan).
5. I detest unethical human beings and/or corporations.

Take your pick. But does it really matter? If I write the truth, who cares what the motivation is ( except when the truth hurts and the only way to escape is by killing the messanger)? The information is still valid ( unless someone can show it is not, which no one seems to be able to do)!!

Let's look at Kevins letter, shall we?

Up front, you will have to admit that there is little of substance. It appears that he spent all of 2 minutes slaving over his reply.

You must have asked why Camelot was not advertising. So he says that they are...at least they have taken out ONE ad...WOW.

"Camelot's management is currently concentrating its time and energy on increasing revenue. "

This is good. They can hardly survive on $186K in sales versus spending millions just to open the doors. But did he say that any increase in revenue had occured, or was likely? Obviously not!

"Currently Camelot is in negotiations with original equipment manufacturing companies in an effort to bundle the Digiphone software with their products."

Negotiating, Hmmm, I was always told to negotiate from a position of strength. When you have the worst selling product in the market, this is hardly possible. There are a huge variety of applications out there that do so much more than Digiphone and would be of much more value in promoting an OEM's position that these negotiations will be real tough going. I imagine that Digiphone 2.0 might help a little in this regard, but it does not seem to be anywhere to be found ( promised around 2 months ago I believe, but no promises form Kevin on when it might really be available. I wonder why!!!). I noticed that he did not indicate that any deals were close to being consumated. Well you can always continue to just "hope".

"We are also pursuing negotiations on the corporate front, to incoporate our products as a Intranet structure within their organizations."

Ah yes, this is probably the most lucrative part of the market for these applications. However, the same problems outlined above pertain.
When there are numerous net phone applications that have full video conferencing capabilities offered cheap, why bother with a Digiphone Dinosour? Once again, there is no commitment as to how close any real deals might be, just a vague reference to "negotiations".

But of course the Mutual Admiration Society says, "Keep the faith folks it just has to get better...right??"

So what did he tell you that might serve to raise your confidence level Susan? The fact that the stock closed today at about 40 CENTS pretty well indicates that the general investment community is not real impressed by any of these vague "negotiations".
They rightfully ask,
"what have you done for me lately".

As we all know the obvious answer is, Absolutely NOTHING!!!
