TRacking; The top 20 runners, or leaders of the NDX since FEB. 19
----------
I have not back tested this on the NDX but it works on the S&P500
Being indexes and derivatives cause a momentum market runners
tend to keep doing better and the pattern changes slowly.
----------
This is in addition to the head/tail system, it's a stick with
the winners type system. I don't recommend these stocks at least
at this time, because if a correction comes most of them can
also lose value fast.
--------------
Patience is the Key The way it works on the S&P is
to find the TOP or Fastest Runners Just before a large correction, then after the market correction buy them,
as a group they will again run faster than the index.
Normally I try to look 3 months back before the correction
to see who was running the fastest.
I haven't tracked these back far enough but it's still a good
starting place.

Based on 100 shares each of the above from Feb 19 a person would
have made $45,112.50 (less commissions)
on an investment of $133,375 say commissions in&out at $12
each way on each stock, or a total of $480 on the lot.
for a 33.5% gain in just over 5 weeks.

Note the Runners are still up .26% on the DOWN day, so the leadership
has not given up completely. This is one of the reasons
I say the index is giving mixed signals, the Head/tail looks
like it wants to go down, but this don't.
When they both confirm one another it's a better bet, right
now the risk both ways makes me want to stay cash.
