I'm NOT here to promote or hype stock, but I would like to share with you some insights I know about Bradstone Equity's Partner and its "lead deal".....is the one which rakes in the big $$$$$$$$$$cash at the end of the play.(a possible buyout from or joint-venture with the big fertilizer producers as this feasible and viable phosphate project in China is worth multi-billion$$$$$$$$$$$). In talking to many directors including Mr. Atkinson of Spur Ventures, they indicate that Bradstone is in fact a largest shareholder of Spur Ventures(the "lead deal") and continue to increase its current holding in Spur by almost 100%, secretly picking up over million of shares on the market from the uninformed sellers. Now why Bradstone is very interested in the phosphate projects in China? Obviously the market does NOT know how you really make big-money in business.......you make big money by going to any places where NO one else wants to be but have alot of potentials........ A billionaire's secret says: "The best opportunities, in other words, are often found in places where the prevailing wisdom sees none. Sucessful industrial business founders grasp this principle almost by instinct. If you want to make money-the big money-do what nobody else is doing. Find the niches that nobody else is filling. Look for overlooked opportunities." Despite that an overwhelming majority of investors(always think with their hearts) believe that China is NOT a safe haven for foreign investment......which I think it's a total misperception based on preconceived ideas as the Chinese investment environment has improved tremendously in the 90. My investment experience in the market has taught me that the more frightened you feel when going against the crowd(majority), the better your investment decisions will probably turn out to be. I never follow the crowd because the majority is always wrong in the market and is foreever destined to supply the money to the "intelligent minority"(who always thinks with his brain).......the few individualists in the crowd....who set the investment pattern(trend) that the rest of the market crowd follows...... Once a positive bankable feasibility study report from Jacobs Engineering(the best fertilizer consultant firm in the world) of United State becomes available, somebody perhap Bradstone will scoop up all the shares on the market in a snap.......as Spur is a play that Bradstone will certainly go after..... By the way, good luck on Peruvian Gold.

Take care
