I'm new to this post, however I've been a reasonably long term share holder of Beau. Has anyone received notification of the annual meeting? Who are the major shareholders in this company? The company looks to be in reasonably good shape considering the past stresses of the industry and the costs involved in a focus shift away from heavy crude. Which appear to be the best opportunities in the future and are we in line to exploit them? Any other candid commentary on the direction and momentum of this company would be appreciated. What events will allow the stock price to transcend the abysmal $2 level? Thanks in advance for any info.
